We pride ourselves on only employing the top Coaches, who have represented or coached their country at the highest level of debating. We run a tried and tested coaching method written by Will Cook and Kenza Wilks (each named the best individual speakers in the world in 2014 and 2017 respectively). Our coaching methods have proven successful: In 2019, all four non-returning members of Team England and seven out of nine members of the Development Squad had attended World Schools Boot Camp in preparation for trials. Likewise, a team of students who attended our Bermuda camp in July 2019 reached the Heart of Europe Grand Final – the furthest any Bermudian team has ever reached in an International Debating Tournament.
